Instructions

  1. Heat some butter in a small coated pan and fry the oat flakes and sweet lupine meal in it over medium heat until the oat flakes have taken on a little color.
  2. Now add the blueberries and a little cinnamon sugar and fry everything for a while until the blueberries are shiny and the juice comes out.
  3. Pour well-chilled yoghurt into a deep plate and pour the warm blueberry gröstl over it.
  4. Suitable for breakfast or as a small snack in between.
