Ingredients
- 1 cup natural yogurt
- 2 ½ tablespoon oatmeal
- 1 teaspoon sweet lupine meal
- 1 small Piece (s) butter
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon sugar
- 75 g blueberries, fresh

- Heat some butter in a small coated pan and fry the oat flakes and sweet lupine meal in it over medium heat until the oat flakes have taken on a little color.
- Now add the blueberries and a little cinnamon sugar and fry everything for a while until the blueberries are shiny and the juice comes out.
- Pour well-chilled yoghurt into a deep plate and pour the warm blueberry gröstl over it.
- Suitable for breakfast or as a small snack in between.
