- Beat the eggs until frothy. Then add the almond flour, baking powder and milk and stir on the lowest level. Let stand for a minute.
- In the meantime, heat a little oil in a pan and then fry the pancakes until golden on each side, tablespoon at a time.
- If you want, you can add the blueberries to the batter.
- Serving:
- Put a pancake on the plate, put some yoghurt on top, then a few blueberries and another pancake, etc. On top then add some agave syrup or maple syrup.
