- Soak gelatin for 10 minutes with a few tablespoons of water. Rub the lemon peel and add to the buttermilk with the lemon juice and vanilla sugar.
- Heat gelatin while stirring until it has completely dissolved. Slowly stir the buttermilk into the gelatine and add the sugar to taste.
- Divide the mixture into bowls and place in the refrigerator for about 3 hours.
