Instructions

  1. Cut the skinned sausages into slices, fry them with chopped onions, tomatoes and cucumber over a medium-high flame. After about 5 minutes, sprinkle with flour, add a little milk while stirring and bring to the boil. Season with salt and paprika and sprinkle with parsley.
  2. Serve with mashed potatoes or boiled potatoes.
