In the meantime, squeeze the garlic clove (s) and add to the yogurt. Season the yoghurt with a little salt, pepper and the hot chili powder. How much chili powder is up to you, but it tastes best when it`s nice and hot.
When the minced meat is well seared, add the canned tomatoes. Season the minced meat with chili powder, paprika powder, garam masala (if you don`t have this you can of course also use other spices), salt and pepper. Let the whole simmer for about 5 minutes until the liquid is almost gone. Then stir in the yogurt, sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
This slightly different Bolognese sauce tastes best with spiral noodles. Just try it, it tastes amazingly good!
