Instructions

  1. Peel the onion. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stem from the tomatoes. Cut everything into small cubes.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan. Fry all cubes in it, deglaze with the stock and stir in the sour cream. Now add everything to the rest of the Bolognese and simmer for about 10 minutes.
