Instructions

  1. Wash, clean, peel and cut the potatoes, carrots, parsley roots and celery. Put in a saucepan and add the meat stock, season and bring to the boil. Steam softly over low heat for approx. 15 - 20 minutes. The vegetables should be just covered with broth. Chop the parsley and sprinkle over it. Of course, you can also use vegetable broth.
