Instructions

  1. Cut the onions into rings.
  2. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the onions in the pan so that they are soft and translucent, but not too long, otherwise the taste will evaporate. Add honey and stir well. Mix the water with the broth. Better too little water than too much depends on the onions. Add the broth. Let it boil briefly so that it is no longer too runny. Season with salt and pepper.
