- Remove the stalk from the savoy cabbage and cut into thin strips.
- Fry the ham cubes in a large saucepan, add the diced onions and sauté until translucent.
- Now add the savoy cabbage strips to the ham cubes, pour the broth over them and cook them until cooked.
- Mix the flour with a little water and add and season with salt, pepper and Maggi to taste.
