  • 1 large savoy cabbage
  • 150 g ham, diced
  • 2 medium onion (s)
  • 3 tablespoon flour, heaped
  • some water
  • 200 ml chicken broth, or vegetable broth
  • Maggi
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Remove the stalk from the savoy cabbage and cut into thin strips.
  2. Fry the ham cubes in a large saucepan, add the diced onions and sauté until translucent.
  3. Now add the savoy cabbage strips to the ham cubes, pour the broth over them and cook them until cooked.
  4. Mix the flour with a little water and add and season with salt, pepper and Maggi to taste.
