Remove the wilted leaves from the white cabbage, quarter the cabbage, cut out the stalk, cut into strips.
Cut the onion into cubes. Heat some oil in a saucepan, sauté the finely chopped onions and add the cabbage. Fry until lightly brown, about 5-7 minutes depending on the heat. Deglaze with broth and simmer, stirring occasionally. Add sugar, pepper, salt and cumin and add the orange juice. I just put 2-3 shots in there. After approx. 20-25 minutes, season with crème fraiche or sour cream and, if necessary, the remaining spices, garnish with crème fraiche and serve,
