Make a seasoning mix from the spices and parsley. Cut the sausage into small pieces. Heat a pan with the butter and fry the bratwurst pieces in it all around.
Put the water with the cream in a saucepan. Add the seasoning mixture, lemon juice and white wine and stir. Bring the sauce to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add the bratwurst pieces and keep everything warm.
Boil the pasta in well-salted water until firm to the bite, pour off and serve with the bratwurst goulash.
