Ingredients

  • 4 grilled sausages, Thuringian, 125 g each
  • 20 g butter
  • 200 ml cream
  • 500 ml water
  • 1 tablespoon paprika powder, hot pink
  • 1 tablespoon paprika powder, noble sweet
  • 1 teaspoon pepper, white
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ tomato powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ sugar
  • 1 teaspoon parsley, freeze-dried
  • 1 squirt lemon juice
  • 80 ml white wine
  • 300 g croissant noodles
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Make a seasoning mix from the spices and parsley. Cut the sausage into small pieces. Heat a pan with the butter and fry the bratwurst pieces in it all around.
  2. Put the water with the cream in a saucepan. Add the seasoning mixture, lemon juice and white wine and stir. Bring the sauce to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Add the bratwurst pieces and keep everything warm.
  4. Boil the pasta in well-salted water until firm to the bite, pour off and serve with the bratwurst goulash.
