Ingredients

  • 11 g thyme
  • 11 g coriander
  • 11 g rosemary
  • 11 g dill
  • 18 g parsley
  • 18 g chives
  • 1 point cress
  • 4 medium egg (s)
  • 6 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 12 tablespoon oil
  • 2 teaspoons mustard, medium hot
  • 6 tablespoon heavy cream
  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cane sugar, brown

Instructions

  1. Wash the herbs and shake dry. Then finely chop. Boil the eggs hard, cool them, peel them and remove the yolks. Press the egg yolk through a sieve, cut the egg white into small cubes.
  2. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Add the herbs, eggs, onion, vinegar, oil, mustard and cream. Mix well and season with salt, pepper and sugar.
  3. Warm up before serving.
