Ingredients

  • 300 g pork sausae, coarse
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil, cold-pressed
  • 200 ml beer, light
  • 1 teaspoon, heaped paprika powder, hot or sweet, as desired
  • 1 teaspoon, heaped tomato paste
  • 1 sprig rosemary or approx. 0 dried rosemary needles
  • possibly water

Instructions

  1. Chop 1 onion and 1 clove of garlic into small pieces. Cut the sausages into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a saucepan and fry the onion, garlic and sausage until everything has turned a little color. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of paprika over it, fry briefly. Deglaze with 0.2 l of beer, add 1 teaspoon of tomato paste and a sprig of rosemary.
  3. Season with salt and pepper and cover and simmer over low heat for about 40 minutes. Possibly add a little more water. Serve with polenta, mashed potatoes or white bread.
