Chop 1 onion and 1 clove of garlic into small pieces. Cut the sausages into bite-sized pieces.
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a saucepan and fry the onion, garlic and sausage until everything has turned a little color. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of paprika over it, fry briefly. Deglaze with 0.2 l of beer, add 1 teaspoon of tomato paste and a sprig of rosemary.
Season with salt and pepper and cover and simmer over low heat for about 40 minutes. Possibly add a little more water. Serve with polenta, mashed potatoes or white bread.
