- Beat the egg whites into firm snow and beat with the icing sugar to make meringue. Fold in the chocolate flakes and the grated almonds.
- Place small heaps on baking paper and bake at 175 ºC in a preheated oven for about 13-15 minutes.
- Makes about 50 Brazilians.
- My mom adds 80 g of lemon peel to the mixture, but I like it better without it! I replace the 80 g half with chocolate flakes, half with almonds.
