Instructions

  1. Dice the farmer`s bread, place in a baking dish with ham and mountain cheese. Pepper generously over the top.
  2. Whisk the eggs and milk with salt and pour over them. I don`t put the pepper directly into the egg milk because it will look so gray.
  3. Pick the goat cheese on top and spread the parsley on top. Cover and cook everything in the oven for approx. 30 minutes at 200 ° C top / bottom heat.
  4. A fresh tomato salad goes well with it.
