Ingredients
- 4 slices farmer`s bread (s), thickly sliced, may be a few days old
- 200 g cooked ham, diced
- 100 g mountain cheese, diced
- 100 g oat cream cheese
- 2 egg (s)
- 100 ml milk
- 1 bunch parsley, chopped
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg

- Dice the farmer`s bread, place in a baking dish with ham and mountain cheese. Pepper generously over the top.
- Whisk the eggs and milk with salt and pour over them. I don`t put the pepper directly into the egg milk because it will look so gray.
- Pick the goat cheese on top and spread the parsley on top. Cover and cook everything in the oven for approx. 30 minutes at 200 ° C top / bottom heat.
- A fresh tomato salad goes well with it.
