Cut the bread dumplings into approx. 1 cm thick slices. Clean and wash the leek and cut into rings. Clean and wash the beans. Peel, rinse and slice the carrots.
Steam the vegetables in butter for about 1 minute. Season with salt, pepper and paprika.
Grease the baking dish, insert the dumplings. Mash the cheese and mix with the egg yolk. Put some vegetables and cheese mixture on each dumpling slice. Baked in the oven for about 12 minutes.
