Instructions

  1. Cook the bread dumplings according to the instructions on the package. Let cool down well and dice. Peel onion and chop finely. Heat sunflower oil and fry the onion and bacon in it. Clean and finely chop the radishes (vegetable grater). Wash the chives and cut into rolls. Put the prepared ingredients in a bowl and mix. Mix safflower oil with vinegar and mustard. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar. Mix the dressing with the salad ingredients. Allow to stand for approx. 2 hours before consumption, stirring occasionally. Tip: Use double the amount for the dressing, because the dumplings soak up quite a bit. Instead of 50 g of bacon cubes, use 125 g.
