Instructions

  1. Mix the bread cubes with the eggs, flour and milk in a large bowl.
  2. Sweat the onions and parsley in a little butter and then stir into the bread cubes. Let the rest of the butter melt and pour over it. Salt lightly. Mix everything well.
  3. Shape the dumplings with wet hands.
  4. Cook in salted water for about 15 minutes.
