Ingredients
- 380 g bread roll (s), diced
- 90 g butter
- 90 g onion (s)
- 80 g flour
- 300 ml milk
- 4 egg (s)
- parsley
- salt

- Mix the bread cubes with the eggs, flour and milk in a large bowl.
- Sweat the onions and parsley in a little butter and then stir into the bread cubes. Let the rest of the butter melt and pour over it. Salt lightly. Mix everything well.
- Shape the dumplings with wet hands.
- Cook in salted water for about 15 minutes.
