  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • a few stalks basil, fresh
  • 0.5 ½ point cheese (gratin cheese)
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the dumplings into strips, dice the onion and chop the garlic. Fry the Maultaschen strips with the oil in a pan, then sauté the onion and garlic. Add the polpa and basil and let it warm up. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Add the cheese and let it melt.
