Ingredients
- 1 packet puff pastry, frozen, (square slices 0 pieces)
- 1 can corn kernels
- 1 bunch spring onion (s)
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 350 g minced meat, mixed
- 2 egg (s)
- salt
- pepper
- 0.5 ½ bunch parsley
- 10 tablespoon sauce (tomato chilli)
- 1 tablespoon cream or milk
- 100 g cheese (Gouda), rated

- Heat the oil and sauté the spring onions cut into rings (here only the white part) with the crushed garlic. Knead the mince with 1 egg, season with salt and pepper. Add all the spring onion rings, the corn and the chopped parsley. Place the defrosted dough slices next to each other and brush the edges of the dough with egg white. Spread the minced meat mixture (raw) on top. Top each with a tablespoon of chili sauce. Press two opposite corners together over the filling and brush the whole thing with a mixture of the whisked egg yolk and the cream. Spread the cheese over it.
- Bake in the oven at 200 ° C for about 20 minutes.
- Is also very suitable for guests. You get about 8 dumplings on a baking sheet. Each guest eats 2, some even 3, dumplings. 10 tablespoons of tomato and chilli sauce is about the same as one bottle.
