Ingredients

  • 300 g pork fillet (s)
  • 50 g ham (ourmet ham in cubes), low in fat
  • 2 teaspoons oil
  • 2 onions)
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 50 g tomato paste
  • some spice mix for salsa or the like
  • 500 g potato (s)
  • 350 ml broth
  • 100 g canned corn
  • 100 g canned kidney beans

Instructions

  1. Cut the meat into strips and fry in the hot oil with the ham cubes. Add the chopped onions and chopped garlic, stir in the tomato paste and salsa seasoning. Add the peeled and sliced potatoes, pour in the stock and bring to the boil. Simmer over medium heat for 20 minutes.
  2. Then add corn and beans and simmer for another 10 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
