Ingredients
- 500 g minced meat
- 1 can tomato (s), peeled
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 can corn
- 1 red pepper (s)
- 1 onion (s)
- 1 chilli pepper (s)
- 2 tablespoon tomato paste
- Lasagne plate (s)
- cheese
- salt and pepper

- Fry the minced meat until crumbly. Add onions, bell pepper and chilli pepper and cook for about 5 minutes. Tomatoes (slightly chopped up and with juice), tomato paste, corn and kidney beans (with liquid) also add and season with the spices and simmer for about 15 minutes.
- Layer the minced meat mixture alternately with the lasagne plates in a baking dish and cover with cheese and put in the oven at 175 ° C for 10-15 minutes.
- Note: Sometimes the minced meat mixture becomes a little runny (I don`t know why - maybe the quality of the canned tomatoes?) Then thicken the mixture a little.
