Ingredients
- 250 g minced beef
- 1 red pepper (s)
- 1 bell pepper (s), yellow
- 200 g double cream cheese
- 250 g natural yourt, 3.5%
- 0.5 ½ bunch spring onion (s)
- 1 can corn
- 1 can kidney beans
- 3 tortilla (s)
- 200 g cheese, rated, e.. Gouda
- 0.5 ½ bunch chives
- salt
- pepper
- Chilli flakes

- Fry the ground beef in a pan without fat.
- Put the corn and kidney beans in a colander, rinse and drain.
- Wash and dice the peppers, wash the spring onions and cut into rings.
- Beat the cream cheese and yogurt with a whisk until smooth. Wash, cut and add the chives. Season the mixture with salt, pepper and chilli flakes.
- Now fold the minced meat, diced bell pepper, spring onions, corn and kidney beans into the cheese mixture.
- Place a tortilla wrap in a baking dish and distribute part of the mixture on top. Repeat until all wraps are used. At the end, distribute another layer of the mixture on the wraps and sprinkle cheese on top. Bake in the oven at 200 ° C until the cheese has the desired browning.
