Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a bowl and knead the dough well. Divide into two portions and let rise for 3 hours. Knead again, form two loaves and let rise for another hour.
  2. Prick the surface of the bread several times with a fork. Bake in the preheated oven at 220 ° C for ¾ to 1 hour. Place 1 cup of water on the bottom of the oven for baking.
