Instructions

  1. Cut the bread into approx. 1.5 cm cubes and roast them very dark on a baking sheet.
  2. Mix the sour cream with the lettuce mayonnaise and finely sliced spring onions. Season to taste with garlic, salt and pepper.
  3. Cut the cheese into approx. 1.5 cm cubes.
  4. Mix all ingredients together. The bread cubes must be toasted so well that they do not get damp for a few hours.
