• 15 g yeast, fresh (or 1 1/2 teaspoons dry yeast)
• 630 g spelled flour, (alternatively wheat flour)
• 1 ½ tablespoon skimmed milk powder
• 2 tablespoon honey, (or agave syrup)
• 1 ½ teaspoon sea salt
• 1 ½ teaspoon cinnamon
• 2 tablespoon butter, (or alba oil)
• 2 egg (s)
• 225 ml milk, fill up to 370 with water
• Chocolate decor (drops), 2.5 measuring cups full

Instructions

1. Fill in ingredients according to BBA instructions.

6. The cinnamon and the skimmed milk powder can be omitted.
7. Whisk the eggs and fill up with water and milk to the required amount. The water can also be replaced entirely by milk.
8. Slowly add the chocolate after the acoustic signal.
9. Do not use normal chocolate or chocolate sprinkles. They melt.
