Pour the dough into a loaf pan lined with parchment paper or greased. Preheat the oven to 50 ° C. Put the bread in the oven with a heat-resistant bowl of water. Then heat to 200 ° C (convection) and bake for about 1 hour.
If you don`t like a crust, you can brush the surface with water every now and then.
At the end of the cooking time, prick with a wooden stick. If no dough sticks to the stick when you pull it out, the bread is ready. After baking, let the bread rest for a short time and then remove it from the mold to cool.
