Instructions

  1. Knead all ingredients in a bowl - but preferably with a food processor - to form a soft dough. Cover and let the dough rest for 15 minutes.
  2. Then you put the dough in a greased baking pan and let it rise until it is twice as high (takes about 1 hour).
  3. Bake in the preheated oven at 220 ° C on the lower rack for approx. 15 minutes. Then switch back to 180 ° C and bake for another 45 minutes.
  4. Tip: The types of flour are up to you. I mostly use spelled flour, but you can also mix it with rye flour. The sourdough is packaged in units of 75 g.
