Clean the mushrooms and shorten the stem if necessary. Whisk eggs, cream, salt and pepper together in a bowl.
Roll the mushrooms in the flour, then bathe them sufficiently in the egg-cream mixture and then roll them in the breadcrumbs. If you like the breading more crispy, you can bread the mushrooms twice.
Meanwhile, heat the fat. Place the breaded mushrooms in the hot frying fat and fry until they are golden brown.
