  1. Turn the peeled bananas first in the flour, then in the beaten egg and finally in breadcrumbs.
  2. Brown plenty of butter in an omelette pan and fry the breaded bananas on both sides. At the end, sprinkle with sugar and let sear again on both sides. This gives the sugar a light caramel aroma.
  3. Serve hot !!
