Wash the pork chops and pat dry with kitchen paper, then sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika powder.
Beat the egg in a deep plate with the help of a fork. Turn the chops in flour, then in the egg and finally in breadcrumbs. Press the breadcrumbs firmly, gently shake off any non-sticky crumbs.
Heat oil in a pan. Fry the chops on each side for about 8 minutes over medium heat.
