Instructions

  1. Turn the schnitzel in flour, season with salt and pepper and brush with horseradish cream. Then cover neatly with the breadcrumbs. Now simply place in the heated oil / fat and proceed as with all other breaded schnitzel.
  2. A green salad with a chive, yogurt and lemon dressing tastes particularly fresh. I`ve also eaten it with fries before.
