Peel the turnip and cut into 1 cm thick slices. Cook the slices in lightly salted water until soft. Also cut the feta into slices.
Now bread the turnip slices (add salt, pepper and the parmesan to the breadcrumbs beforehand). Carefully fry the turnips on one side until golden and then turn them over. Place slices of feta on the browned side and do not turn.
