- breadcrumbs
- 2 egg (s)
- salt and pepper
- 100 g feta cheese
- possibly parmesan

- Peel the turnip and cut into 1 cm thick slices. Cook the slices in lightly salted water until soft. Also cut the feta into slices.
- Now bread the turnip slices (add salt, pepper and the parmesan to the breadcrumbs beforehand). Carefully fry the turnips on one side until golden and then turn them over. Place slices of feta on the browned side and do not turn.
- The slices are ready when the 2nd side is also golden yellow. The finished slices can be used in a variety of ways. B. combine with a salad for potato dishes.
