Ingredients

  • 750 g pork neck, diced
  • 250 g onion (s), sliced
  • 750 g turnip (s), diced
  • 100 g bacon, mixed, smoked, diced
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 garlic clove (s), pressed through
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 250 ml vegetable stock
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Leave the bacon on a low heat. Remove and set aside. Fry the meat in the frying fat. Remove. Add oil. Roast the turnips, onions and garlic in the fat. Add the bacon and meat. Season with salt, pepper and curry. Pour in the broth, stew in a closed saucepan for 1 hour.
  2. Rice tastes good with it.
