Ingredients

  • 1 turnip (approx. 600 g - 700 g)
  • 400 g minced meat
  • 1 leek
  • 1 glass tomato (s), dried in oil
  • 150 g feta cheese
  • 150 g low-fat quark
  • 100 g yourt
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 50 g parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Clean the turnip, cut into thin slices and then into pieces, cook and drain for about 10 minutes. Clean the leek and cut into small pieces. Degrease the sun-dried tomatoes with kitchen paper and cut into small pieces. Cut the feta into cubes.
  2. Fry the minced meat, then add the leek and fry with it. Spice up. Then mix in the tomatoes and heat briefly. Remove from the plate and mix in the feta.
  3. Mix together eggs, quark, yoghurt and mustard and season.
  4. Fill a baking dish with half of the turnips, add the mince and then the remaining turnips. Pour the quark and egg mixture over it and then rub the parmesan over it.
  5. Cook in the oven at 170 degrees Celsius until the surface is nicely browned.
