Ingredients
- 1 turnip (wruke), approx. 500g
- 2 large potatoes, large
- 100 ml cream
- 100 g butter
- salt
- pepper
- nutmeg

- Peel the turnip and potatoes and cut into pieces of the same size. Cook in boiling salted water. Let it steam out well and mash with a potato masher or press.
- Bring the cream with the butter to the boil and add to the crushed turnips and potatoes. Mix everything together and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
- We also have pan-fried dishes and fish.
