Mix the quark together with the mineral water and 1 tablespoon of linseed oil to a creamy mass. Wash the fruit thoroughly. Cut the bananas into slices and dice the mango pulp.
Then briefly heat the blueberries with 1 tablespoon of water, the ginger and 1 tablespoon of maple syrup in a small saucepan and let it steep for 5 minutes. Take out the ginger.
Now fill the low-fat quark into a tall bowl or a taller glass and distribute the various types of fruit and the fruit muesli in rows on the quark.
