Instructions

  1. Pour boiling or very hot milk over the couscous, cover and let stand for about 10 minutes. Stir once after 5 minutes so that the couscous is nice and loose.
  2. In the meantime, mix the yoghurt with flax seeds, chia seeds and a little cinnamon (also sliced almonds). Chop the fruit of your choice.
  3. Then pour the couscous into a container or glass, pour the yoghurt cream on top and finish with fruit.
  4. A few chia seeds, flax seeds and almond slivers can also be sprinkled over them as decoration.
