Peel the banana and squeeze it into a pulp with a fork. Grate half an apple on a coarse grater.
If you want it to be particularly digestible, put the fruit, linseed, oats and milk in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Stir regularly so that it doesn`t burn. Let the porridge simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Then let it steep for about 5 minutes at a low temperature (with a lid if necessary). Finally stir in the honey and cinnamon and enjoy the porridge warm.
If you don`t like the fruit cooked so softly, add it to the porridge after it has been boiled. Of course, other fruits can also be used. For example, I often take strawberries in summer.
