Instructions

  1. Wash and drain the blueberries. Thaw frozen berries on a sieve.
  2. Put the blueberries and kefir in a suitable container and puree them together. Stir in the wheat germ and oat flakes and sweeten with a little honey if you like.
  3. It is best to serve the drink immediately, otherwise the oat flakes will swell. Also tastes good with other fruits.
