Instructions

  1. This recipe is for either those who have a juicer or who don`t.
  2. Using the juicer, put the apple and half a banana through the juicer. Put the milk, the oat flakes and possibly a little honey or similar in a blender and mix well. Then add the remaining half of the banana and mix well again.
  3. If that`s not creamy enough, you could add yoghurt or quark - without (!) The apple juice.
  4. Without a juicer, replace the apple with apple juice and put it in a blender with the whole banana cut into pieces. Add the milk, gradually add the oat flakes and possibly honey or similar.
  5. The same applies here: If it is not creamy enough, yoghurt or quark could be added.
  6. The drink or shake is intended for use in the morning as a breakfast substitute.
