Fry the minced meat well, add the tomato paste. Finely dice the onion and pepper and add. Press the garlic and add, deglaze with a little liquid. Let the whole thing boil a little, then season with salt, pepper, cayenne pepper and a pinch of sugar. Let the mixture cool down a little.
Then put 1 tablespoon of filling on each sheet of pastry and roll up from the broad side.
Fry the pastry rolls in portions for approx. 2-3 minutes in hot oil until they are golden brown.
