Instructions

  1. Cut the meat into approx. 2 cm thick strips and the sausage into approx. 0.5 cm thick slices. Finely dice the onion.
  2. Heat the clarified butter in a pan, fry the meat, sausage and onions all over. Deglaze with dark beer and cream and let everything boil down for about 5 minutes.
  3. Now add the broth and season the sauce with salt and pepper. Let everything simmer until the desired consistency of the sauce is reached.
  4. During this time, chop the parsley and sprinkle the parsley on the dish before serving. This goes well with potato rösti.
